The website is basic and they allow misleading products to be sold.
1) they sell heavy hitter pods but no batteries or burners,
2) they have heavy hitter ads showing a battery and a pod for $82! You only get the pod, and it was leaking.
3) zero customer service, not even a response.
4) this was my 2nd and last unless they fix this BS
