Super disappointing. They offer a great price $99OZ but for the amount of inconvenience I experience with, every single order, Id consider paying more else where. I've made 7 orders, always over $100. •It's take 3+ hours for delivery, this has been consistent with every order. (They suggest you order a day or two in advance.) •They DO NOT accept card payment. Cash only despite the advertising. •Their website does not work. Won't allow you to make an account, just reloads to the home page. Cannot "add to cart" without making an account. So website only offers the menu and phone number to call. •and the phone number, well the last time I called, I waited on hold for 10-15min and their phone hung up on me. I had to call 5 separate times and wait the 10-15mins each time, by the time someone answered, The lady on the phone had an attitude with me for letting her know I had been trying to get ahold of y'all for 45 min because the phone hangs up on your customers after 10 mins on hold. She did not have any fucxx to give that day apparently. I was calling because i put in a order in advance, as they suggested, but hadn't received a confirmation or text from my driver. They were late on that order as well despite ordering in advance. •if the driver in your area doesn't have what you ordered. They offer nothing in exchange for the inconvenience. You can get something else. Or nothing and order else where. For example my latest experience last night. I ordered banjo for 99, I get a call, they say, well the driver only has lemon sativa. I said isn't that considerably less THC content? They said yea, so I said well do y'all offer a coupon/discount or something? They said no we don't. So i had to take the lemon sativa or get nothing and order else where but I had already been waiting. So I say yea I guess. I get a text from my driver saying ETA is 2hours.... 3.5 hours later I text my driver asking about the ETA. I received no response for over a half an hour and when I did the driver asked for a gate code.... I live in a house y'all.... they never asked to confirm delivery address, even though I checked the address was correct on the order through weedmaps so idk how they ended up with something else. They reroute my order to another driver, Who, surprise surprise, also did not have another one of the other items I ordered. So I get a call that my order is changed once again And won't arrive for another 45 minutes. in the end. I ordered around 3pm and didnt get my order until after 7pm and out of 3 items I only got 1 I actually wanted and ordered from the begining. you know what, they did give me a free lighter this time though. Gee thanks, customer service and satisfaction need MUCH improvement.
