Just wanted to say you guys continue to keep killing it in customer satisfaction. No matter what the issue, you guys ALWAYS make things RIGHT with the customer. I cannot say the same thing for Nirvana. Loyalty is a two way street, my vote is for SWC through and through.

When I show up for a pick up, and the item is not in stock...that is on you to make right. Refusal to offer ANY kind of compensation for an error on your part is unacceptable. Sorry guys but I'm going to SWC for a while.

WOW! Finally a dispensary that has decided to implement the win-win sales model. I was impressed with the professional staff, operations, and facility. This place sell’s great house flower and a variety of top notch concentrates. Best deals on flower period. I will probably be making this two hour round trip more regularly now that I have found people who know how to sell flower.
