First time shopping here today. The place was opulent, complete with a white marble-clad flower bar and a fountain. I was served by Juliana, who was extremely knowledgable of the product and very friendly. I was greeted and thanked by Ettore on the way out, who made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be coming back!
PS: I overheard an interaction next to me between Tori and an extremely difficult customer. She handled herself extremely well, displaying commendable customer service and professionalism. She is a tremendous credit to your staff. 10/10 experience here today!
