Often very happy with them. I pulled into the parking lot today for my scheduled 7:45-8:00 pick-up at 8:00. One of the staff saw me as she was assisting another car pick up customer. They sent one of the receptionists out at 8:02 to say I had to be in the parking lot by 8:00. No inside pick-up either. They’re open til 9:00. I know I was last minute, but if you’re going to be down to the minute about it, I made your deadline. Pretty annoyed.
