When you first walk in you're in the "holding cell" until you're carded. At first it's gloomy until you get carded. Once inside greeted by one of the budtenders. Normally nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff if you're in store with them. If you call ahead to see if they have a certain strain or in a price range before you get there there's a 50% chance they have what you ask for. Other than that, it's great!
