Did not feel “welcoming” at all. My budtender didnt say anything at all except “next” and the price of product. No greeting, no info on the strain I bought, no interaction at all. I work in customer service and based off my first experience here, I won’t be coming back. At least the product was decent.

Mason was awesome, friendly and helpful. No issue with their service, just the product. The flower was so dry, it practically disintegrated as I was rolling. The product itself wasn’t that great even though it had a high THC. Probably won’t be back due to product but like I said, Mason was awesome.

First time there and it was a pleasant atmosphere. My interaction with everyone from check-in to check-out was great! They were friendly and informative. Will definitely be back.

Bryan was the customer service representative who helped me. My first time there and he was fabulous. Very friendly and informative. Loved the vibe, will definitely be back.
