If you never have to return anything the products are ok. Not always great. Battery pens suck. 3 out of 3 were bad. Leaky cartridge another time and another product I bought was broke and lastly bought 2 joints which ended up being dryer than sand. Everything accept the joints I've tried to return and they won't honor the return policy. Always trying to find a reason I stead of trying to keep a happy customer they could give 2 shits. After calling today because the cartridge was leaky I got no where. 1/2 cartridge full and it don't work. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere. I have all receipts still to prove I shopped there. Worse part about it is I always try to buy local and I've spent we'll over $1,000 since I've been shopping there. Greedy people.
