I got a $1 preroll of Maui Wowie from the dispensary the other day, and boy howdy was this strain fantastic. I've been battling with an eating disorder off and on for the last 7 years, and so I typically use cannabis in a medical sense, to assuage anxieties around food. I haven't ever found a strain that causes the munchies quite like Maui Wowie does. Completely insane. Like, drive your ass to McDonalds at midnight in 13 degrees crazy. 10/10 for anyone that needs to get the munchies.

I'm not sure why Critical Mass is treated as only a CBD strain, as the CM I have always purchased is around 26% THC. Regardless, I LOVE this strain. I find it to be quite heavy hitting, leaving a very tingly, stoned feeling through one's body. It's fantastic in a very indica way. It does give quite the head high, but I don't find any anxiety accompanying it like I find with quite a few strains.

I'm honestly surprised this strain doesn't yet have more reviews, as it's quickly becoming a new favorite of mine. Sweet and heavy-hitting, I took a gamble and purchased a discounted seeded half ounce from the dispensary I usually shop. It's potent, not needing to smoke much to get your desired effect. It's got that heavy body high combined with a lost-in-thought cerebral effect. I'd say it's my 3rd favorite indica I've tried so far, Kyrptonite being the 1st and Death Star an extremely close 2nd.
