Overall the flower here is okay. The service inside was pretty good, but the service over the phone was TERRIBLE! All I wanted to know was if they had flower available at their Miami Gardens location because sometimes what they have listed on leafly is not the most up to date inventory and the lady on the phone wanted me to give her my first and last name, my patient ID, my date of birth, like LADY.. all I want to know is do you have flower available, YES OR NO, simple. needless to say, I hung up and won't be coming back unless its an emergency.

Because of the Pandemic, I can't go inside the store, so I called instead to inquire about the different strains they offer because I am new to all of this. I asked the girl on the phone if she had time to go over the menu with me and her answer was "sorry I don't have time right now, I'm working on other orders". Okay seriously? Part of your job, if not most of your job is to provide customer service, orders will always be there, that's apart of your business, learn how to deal with orders and customers, you'll need to when running a business. smh.
