Worst dispensary experience I have ever experienced. I live a long ways away and called ahead to double check inventory before I made the long trip. Parking was an udder disaster, dirt strip with no lines, no parking was available. The line first went out the front door for ID. The second line was even longer. I found myself in a damp, smelly (more BO then maryjane) stuffy hallway elbow to elbow with people. The line was slower than molasses due to 5 seemingly annoyed bud tenders being talked at by customers wanting to chat about personal weekend plans etc.
Finally it came to be my turn. The bud tender I was handed to was caught off guard by my request and comment of having called ahead. She spent some time digging in the refrigerator before coming back to tell me they don’t have the product I had called about. I asked her to please ask a fellow coworker since the person on the phone an hour ago was a male and after looking informed me they had more then 10. She became rude and unwilling to ask anyone telling me there are too many people to ask. Here try this instead... I didn’t drive a distance like this for something else. Two thumbs down.
None of the products in the cases could be seen because of too many guests standing in front blocking the view of 98% of the products.
The hallways pinch point where you had to stand and wait a life time is also where you exited. Everyone waiting had to wallflower flat to get passed. I have no clue how anyone with a disability or cane even could navigate that hot mess (literally hot sweaty mess).
If your going for anxiety meds this is the last dispensary on your list to go to.
Yes it was Friday. That is no excuse for annoyed, rude, rushed bud tenders who appeared over worked and stressed. (Except for the guy in the from checking ID’s he was chill.)
They give away free joints with every purchase over $20 which must be the draw for all but for me not the case. I came for a specific strain in a specific form, from Oregon Genetics. I called, I droooove, I waited and now I’m kinda pissed. It’s not like they were out because they sold it quickly to the person in front of me. They weren’t seeking anything quickly just the opposite. I prefer also enjoy when a budtender listens to each customers needs but this was something else.
-Poorly organized
-disgraceful layout and parking “lot”
-messy back room visible to public
-products were mixed up
-bud tenders were uninformed and chaotic
Never ever again. Ugh. Now for the long trip home.
I’m not sure how I’m the only leaving a less than fantastic review. Even if the product had been available I would have still left very bothered by this experience.
