Doctor's Orders is my new favorite place to buy flower in Portland. They overtook my former favorite place (see my other reviews and figure it out if you're interested) last year by offering consistently high quality bud, great advice, and low prices. I love shopping here. I do not understand why people continue shopping at places with inferior product and higher prices. The top shelf here is truly exceptional, and it is priced very reasonably. Nowhere else can touch their regular price of $35/eighth (tax incl) for top shelf, and their standing weekend special of $149/oz (tax incl) for the best weed around is amazing. Did I say that I love this place?

Came here for the 1/8/16 40% off sale. Quality seems good, but too crowded for the service to be very good.

The place has friendly employees, and there are some good quality strains available. However, their pricing is a mess. As I write this there are strains going for $15 per gram or $55 for an eighth. Do the math and you will see that you would be stupid to buy an 8th: $55/3.5 g = $15.71/ g The people setting the prices for this place either cannot do simple math, or they are trying to take advantage of their customers who cannot do simple math. Neither of these possibilities is very reassuring. I will be taking my business elsewhere as long as they continue to price their product this way.

My current favorite location. Gorgeous product, gorgeous, knowledgeable staff (both the women and the men), and fair prices make it a pleasure to shop here.

I have been here twice so far, and I had an excellent buying experience both times. They have great looking buds, and the budtendender was very helpful. He answered all my questions and did not rush me at all while I made my choices. The prices are excellent for the quality, and they do not gouge recreational customers the way many places do -- I will not set foot in a shop that has a two-tiered pricing system. I have been to several places since October 1, and FZT has the best balance of selection, quality, prices and budtenders. They will continue to get my business.
