This is hands down my favorite Norman dispensary. The Fire Leaf brand does seem to hold true regardless of the actual location, however Norman is my "home store." I visit this dispensary regularly, they know me by name, the bud tenders are personable and patient, they will happily let you smell each and every strain if you want. The selection is vast, normally they have no less than 20 strains available. Cartridge selection varies dependent on supply and demand, apparently those Helix carts are super popular. In a few other reviews they list that the strains have been moved between shelves. Yes, this absolutely happens. In my experience it generally is a move from top shelf downward, I have not seen a strain go the other direction. I have actually purchased a strain from the top shelf and come back a subsequent week to find that same strain on the bottom shelf. Why? Because the big beautiful buds are gone, and no one is likely to pay top shelf prices for smaller buds. Personally I find this to be a wonderfully customer friendly business tactic. They're being honest and I appreciate it. As far as no returns, they do allow returns on their carts if unused, if you have the receipt, and the purchase was recent (7 days I think...could be wrong on that). Daily specials and a happy hour (10-11 AM, 9-10PM) that gives 15% off on the total purchase. Deals don't stack, but it's rumored that the 10% veterans discount DOES stack, even with happy hour (not a vet can't confirm). Finally they offer a generous points system and give $10, $20, or $50 off of later purchases once enough points are collected. TL;DR Ignore the haters, this is a great shop. They are friendly, they are not stingy, they give the best deal that they can, every time.
