Modesto Guerola, especialista certificado en cirugía angiológica y vascular, miembro de prestigiosas sociedades científicas y autor del primer implante mundial de un marcapasos a recién nacidos.Una autoridad en la materia que valora objetivamente las medicinas más clásicas, aquellas que nos ofrece el reino vegetal, y entre ellas las diversas variedades de Cannabis cuya administración y uso autoriza la ley vigente. 
Nuestra filosofía es ofrecer un alto índice de calidad e informar al usuario. En el primer aspecto, sólo dispensamos productos de los mejores cultivos, procedentes de semillas seleccionadas y bajo una atención personalizada. En el segundo, creemos que una buena información es la base para el consumo responsable. Las instalaciones de Sibaritas Cannabis Club se alejan del modelo holandés para seguir las últimas tendencias de California, donde nos llevan 30 años de adelanto en las aplicaciones y distribución del cannabis: salas diáfanas, bien 
iluminadas, con mobiliario claro y acogedor y música en alta fidelidad, creando un ambiente muy cool, orientado a la socialización y a las tertulias. Nuestro Centro no es un coffee-shop ni un bar –pese a ofrecer un servicio de refrescos 
y café–, sino un lugar de encuentro social para las personas interesadas en la cultura del cannabis.Quienes deseen disfrutar de un ambiente más informal, sin embargo, disponen 
de otras salas con más colorido, pantallas de video, los últimos éxitosmusicales en alta fidelidad, juegos, futbolines y lectura. En su decoraciónhan trabajado algunos de los mejores ilustradores, cuyos grafittis evocantanto motivos del arte urbano de California como de la propia Barcelona.En este espacio, reservado al consumo recreativo de nuestros productos,
