Ok so here is heres is my opinion on this place with an identity crisis. They offer Recreational weed that you can get at smoke shop also downtown Orlando for three times cheaper. They serve booze like Guinness or spirits but alcohol free. They call themselves a dispensary when it's actually a mix between a smoke shop/bar. You don't hangout at a dispensary in fl!!! The owner from what I was told has never owned a place like this before or a bar which makes sense because even some of the small decisions are baffling like when they first opened and served coffee and a cup double the size but only put half full. Or the fact that they didn't test out the acoustics in there which are horrendous before they opened. Plus with the fact that the only one downtown they make you know it and as they say with no competition there's no innovation. They are constantly out of products having a lot of stuff on the original menu nonexistent. Don't get me wrong it's a nice venue with board games and chess and whatnot and live entertainment but because of its location it's usually just people in and out or curious people. I've been downtown for 20 years as part of the culture and I've seen places like this come and go not a dispensary but bars and clubs where they are successful right off the bat but not ready for the long term. Plus the owner doesn't know how to treat it's regulars. Instead of having an employee outside greeting people and trying to get them to come in he'd rather have them inside so nobody knows the place is even there. It's a shame too because when I first started going there it was nice but it seems like the air is coming out slowly. Most of the staff is great 95% of them exception of maybe one. If you have a med card then don't bother unless you want the aesthetic of doing it in public like with concentrates. Already seems like he's on an ivory Tower it just barks orders. Having wanting done customers is great but you need to have long-term customers too that have faith in you. That were literally giving you free promotion!!! To be honest the owner can't tell the difference between a homeless person and a regular I'm not lying when I say that. Now I haven't been to the other one they have but I'm sure it's nice cuz I've heard that. I'm pretty sure the owner will write this off thinking it's Petty or what do I know. Granted I ran my family business for a few years as a teen, working service industry for several decades and a big part of the nighttime scene in Orlando for 20 years. Plus I worked at both theme parks for a ton of time and was in the military. Also I over tip and I spend a lot of money there
