The owner complained to me about the exit bag situation and how he makes no money but had to charge me 3 dollars for a 10 cent bag... quality is alright. The owner having those bad vibes keeps me from returning.

I have to say the only complaint I have are the cig smokers who work here and try to handle products with stinky cigarette hands. Also they leave the concentrate jars open for view, the smell is almost non-existent unless they open a fresh one to show ya :( that's easy to turn around for you guys!

MOST EXPENSIVE FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT AND LOWER QUALITY PRODUCT. GUESSING CAUSE ITS DOWNTOWN? They sell bunk weed and they use vials to show it as if it is some premium experience. They have so so product in general. Prices are near double of what other shop sell the same product and brands for! No joke!

People are super nice! They only ever have fire product, their stash is somewhat limited but I promise they will have any type of concentrate from 1:1, sauce, type-a, and solvent less!

The cases really need attention, this store is very dusty for some reason! Service is so-so. My first visit I was denied the product I wanted at the price it was advertised clearly on the store monitor/menu! Big no-no in term of customer service, I was not offered any discount or even an apology. So I left.

First off they are not very good with any sort of return or products that are not as advertised or modeled in the case. They sold me some plastic tasting shatter nastiest concentrates I have had in my 12 years of smoking... They said it was my fault I chose the wrong product based on their recommendation for a delicious product... The weed they sell is very low quality and the cheapest in the area, I can see budget being good.. a lot of people in the area are broke cigarette smokers who are happy to smoke anything resembling weed. Look at their weed vs any other shop in Grant's pass area, it is brown, dull and smells old I'd say 2/20 strains looked like something I would put in my lungs... The staff is extremely on edge. I get no smiles, I get no excitement for what they are doing all day. I go here with friends who still support their store, only to see if I can change my outlook. It is all the same treatment for me or other folks. funny story is the dude who helped my friend last trip was saying how high he was from the cbd they just got in and how she should try a syringe for only 55 bucks. sure bud. Lmao!
