Do not go here. I just bought a cartridge and without being able to see the damage through the packaging, the cartridge was broken. Once I had taken the cartridge out of the package, I noticed the breakage and immediately drove back to High End Marketplace within the hour. I spoke with the manager on duty (10/15/20 21:45) having both the receipt and original packaging. The manager refused any sort of refund or store credit, stating: because we can not send it back to the manufacturer, we refuse to offer a refund for this product. I did not intend to buy damaged product and if I were able to see the damage, I would not have purchased the cartridge in the first place. I understand that the purchase was of my own accord but I will not be buying from High End Marketplace if they continue to sell broken or inferior product.
