Budtender Trey is rude and doesn’t care about patients. He acts like he doesn’t have time to address questions or concerns. Glad I didn’t tip. I’d avoid this location. Matter of fact, I’d avoid going to Zen Leaf if this is how they allow their employees to treat patients.

If I could give zero stars today I would. The way this Budtender named Julien treated the customer in front of me was appalling! I guess he didn’t hear her say thank you so he denied adding anything else to her order. He then proceeded to be down right rude and condescending to her while rolling his eyes! Well, I definitely heard her say thank you so I don’t know what this kids problem was. The attitude he gave her was unacceptable. Then when she asked to speak with a manager he said “great now I can take a break” Excuse me?! This kid needs a permanent break being unemployed. If this is the type of employee Curaleaf wants to keep I clearly need to find a different dispensary.

Decent spot. I like to swing by for the BOGO deals. Avoid the male budtender with the long red hair if possible. He puts off a rude vibe. I asked him about WTF concentrates one time and he told me “I don’t smoke that crap” lol!! I’ve never had a bad experience other than that.
