Verilife - Amherst

Verilife has been okay for me since switching jobs and it’s much closer to me than MedMen now, however I think the biggest problem is that when you place an online order, and it’s ready (maybe even for hours it would be ready) when you go in, they don’t just cash you out. They make you wait just like everyone else who doesn’t have an order ready yet even though your order has BEEN ready. This is super frustrating and to me seems pointless to even do it ahead of time as it doesn’t make your wait time faster. At MedMen they cash you out within a couple min max if you have an online order and received a message that your order is ready for pickup, and they hustle to get you in an out in a professional manner. It’s frustrating to have to wait ESPECIALLY when I see multiple employees (on their phones) standing in the front by the desks not doing anything. They could be cashing out online orders if there isn’t a new patient to be taken care of. When I asked an associate about this before, he said they stopped doing it because people complained? You need to train your customers to do online orders and then people would stop complaining and put in an online order instead of just walking in. This is 100% an inconvenience.
I really think this is something they need to work on. Otherwise I have no issues.
