I am a USMC veteran and was SHOCKED at how I was treated by your front desk staff today. I was followed into the purchasing area by an employee, wearing in a lavender sports bra, no shirt, who previously hadn't had anything to do with helping me. She accosted me loudly talking about how I needed to "check my attitude", as I was using the ATM. My hands began to shake and I felt my heart rate skyrocketing. I let the angry woman know that I had no issue with my attitude or the employees and was trying to control my anxiety. Her barking at me only escalated and I couldn't even get an ATM transaction complete before she was screaming at me to go shop somewhere else. "Destiny", then continued to berate me and shout loudly that I was banned from ever shopping at PotCo again. Absolutely unprofessional, humiliating, and unacceptable. Especially- after I had let her know multiple times that I was struggling with my anxiety AND PTSD. NOT OKAY.
