Sol Flower - Tempe - McClintock (MED/REC)

Not quite sure what happened to my other review. My experience here has been less than tasteful. I order delivery one evening around 7 and received a text message about my order confirmation and that everything had gone through, then about two and a half hours later I started to call to find out what the status of my order was. I had to call 4 different times before I could actually get ahold of someone because every time I got through the wait queue the person who was on the phones would hang up on. I finally got ahold of somebody and it had now been 3 hours since my order has been placed, and this was after receiving the text message saying that the driver was 15 minutes away. Lo and behold the driver finally arrives and the quality of the flower was absolutely atrocious. it was nothing more than some Backyard Boogie quality. It was super spicy when you would smoke it and it felt like my throat was on fire , there were absolutely no trichomes on any of the buds and it was so dry that it turned into dust when I would try to break it up to roll it into a joint. Copper State is truly one of the worst brands of cannabis in the state of Arizona. I cannot believe that this is something that is allowed to be sold in this state as medicine. And ever since this dispensary went recreational the quality of service has gone down extremely to the point where it feels like they care truly more about the recreational customers than people who actually need medicine. if you are a true smoker I highly suggest that you avoid this place like you would avoid covid.

This place is on point. They truly care about the quality of the medicine. Their prices are pretty steep on their top shelf but it’s worth every penny. Their mids are pretty much the rest of Arizona’s top shelf. It’s almost disrespectful to say their mids lol. I won’t buy flower from any other place since I’ve discovered this place. Their customer service is also great, the budtenders are all knowledgeable as well which is hard to find in Phoenix. Try their top shelf when you can afford to treat yourself. And their mids are fantastic for everyday smoke.

I came in to get the poobah which was supposed to be big nugs but there was like 2-3 big nugs in my bag. Also I smoked a few bowls like normal and it made my stomach hurt. I’m super sensitive to chemicals and nutrients and if it’s not flushed properly this is what typically happens. I don’t feel like the price of the meds was worth the quality. The staff is nice, however the bud tender didn’t really know what she was talking about as far as strains being indicas or sativas. Overall I’d only go back to get guest flower but I was not super impressed with their house flower. As a seasoned smoker these meds did not live up to the potency that it was hyped up to be.

My overall experience here was great. However, I feel like the customer service was so amazing bc they pull the old bait and switch. I looked at super glue in those magnifying glass jars. It looked amazing, super frosty, smaller dense buds. And of course due to this whole Covid thing, we can’t smell the flower. Anyhow, the flower I got in my purchase, was not at all the flower I saw in the jars on display; the buds I received were severely underdeveloped, dry and had no trichomes or frost on it anywhere. I’m a cancer patient, I don’t take cannabis lightly, the difference between me having to take legal heroin(Oxys and Vicodin’s) and being able to smoke some cannabis and feel relief and not be a zombie all day long, makes a huge difference. Not to mention this takes away from my allotment, my pocket book and now I have meds that are not going to function for my disease. I love how they are friendly and personable but this wasn’t cool. Hopefully I’m one of those needle in a haystack situation but just be careful when picking out your meds and make sure to look at the window of the prepackaged bag before they put it in the Togo bag.
