The product I ordered, and received confirmation that the order was prepared, and then ready was out of stock when I arrived to pick up my order. The curbside assistant, and the front counter staff were very unhelpful. They didn't want to bring my order out at first, insisting that I instead go inside to pick up my online order. When they finally agreed to bring the order out they then informed me that the product I ordered was out of stock. The curbside assistant did at least offer to bring out an alternative, but just handed me the bag and told me to have a good day without even telling me what I was getting. She then told me she "believed" it was 'phantom cookies', and the order actually turned out to be 'tally mon'. Instead of another 7 gram shake bag like the one I ordered, I was given 3.5 grams of flower buds. This all took place without me even being presented with any of the available options that they actually had in stock. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and completely disregarded as a customer.
