Efficient and a decent price. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I like their strawberry sativa#2 gummies. 5 gummies in a pack.

Ok, so I had to be in Del city for insurance paperwork. Driving down the road seen the sign for this place. The sign was flashing open now. Thinking their open what the heck i'll give them a try. So walk up to the door, its locked. After several minutes guy comes to door, "we don't open till 9". I replied "ok, its almost 10". He looks around seeming a bit confused looks at his sign again and tells me "oh, we don't open till 10". Thinking perhaps persistence will pay off I ask "ok, what time is it" Just as a second person walks up they seem to pow wow for a second then look at me. So i ask again "what time is it" they reply together "I don't know but its not 10". It just felt strange, as if i was a teacher asking beavis and butthead what happen to their homework. I walk back to my car and sit down. My wife asks me "what do you think". So I told her " I don't think you should turn the open now sign on till your actually open". She asked if i wanted to go somewhere else. I tell her i saw the place listed on leafly and wanted to check out their 23 dollar clones as well as their 100 dollar ounces. Besides assuming them two were not born that way they might have some very high quality medicine. We waited, two others lined up, the door opened and i followed the other two inside. First guy walks up and after a bit gets to go to the back (did not appear to be smooth). Second guy walks up and the person he hands his card to seems to be having all kinds of problems. He starts grilling him telling him something about 3000 people on a list that are in danger of having their license revoked. The guy protests telling him "I was here last month". It seemed to me the worker was having problems and instead of owning it was attempting to push it off on the patient. As the other bud tender walks by he gets his attention and the other guy starts trying to check the patient in. After a few minutes he decides to start over and checks the guy in with no more problems. As he is walking off he tells the other guy "don't freak out" or something like that. Now I am the next person up. I hand the guy my medical card, he asks to see my license. I flip my wallet open and show it to him. He wants it out of the wallet. I tell him ok as i pull it out and hand it to him. He starts taking pictures of both id's then asks me for my phone number. I tell him "no". He insists "I need your phone number in case there is a recall". He still wants my phone number. I tell him just give me my cards back and I will go some place else. He gives me my license and medical card back. I step out the way to let others up to the window and stop at the door to stick my stuff back in my wallet. Turn my head toward him and say "You don't get an automatic right to market to me using my phone just because I might buy something from you". Walk back to my car, my wife asked me "that was quick, did you get what you wanted"?. I told her "I don't know babe, they might have the best medicine in the state but ill be damn if i'm willing to put up with anymore of the beavis and butthead show to find out." Took care of my tag problem then got what i was looking for at another dispensary. On the off chance someone from this place is reading this a couple suggestions. If you have a problem smile and own it. You could have said I don't know if i can do that let me check. Blame the computer system, get a third person involved but whatever you do don't come off as the cannabis Gestapo, a small grin goes a long way. It might be a good ideal to give some classes on customer service. I'm still a little bummed I didn't get to check your clones out but that's life. Anyhow If it was me I would use this as a "lessons learned" opportunity to teach some customer service techniques.
