Bud tenders don’t know products and make bad recommendations. They have routinely messed up my orders to include what they charge me. Manager is highly unprofessional and does not respond to customer service issues which are supposed to be elevated. Go to NCW and enjoy a better experience.
After trying their products, I submitted a new member request. That request has been pending for three weeks now. Suggest that they start reviewing their new member requests.
