I would like the employees to sound like they care more on the phone. I can hear it in your voice that you don't give a shit about my questions or potential sale.
I stopped by on the day they were set to open on the 5th and they were held up apparently the state hadn't come by to do their audit yet and I understand that. I'm not worried. everyone else seems to be upset but I can also understand that. unfortunately the state did not get them audited and that's what we're waiting on. I met the general manager when I went there and she was super nice. looking forward to meeting others that work there and seeing her again.
Great product the only problem I have the quality is sometimes my wax is very thin and spread out across the paper so much to where it's separated the oils and I can't even use the product it's happened a few times I am returning something today don't let that dissuade you from coming to Reef. if it happens to you just return it like I am. definitely love their prices keep going down
