This place rocks!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good prices, and a decent selection. They put forth an effort to make you feel important when you shop there. I highly recommend Strain for all your cannabis needs.

I'd like to start off by stating that I have no issues with the staff here and Dillion treated me with respect and kindness. I have been coming to Tamerans for about a year now and everytime has been excellent. The staff, knowledge, location, product, everything. I ultimately became a member and this has been verified in the past to me numerous times when checking in at the front. Last Thursday I purchased a Full Spectrum cartridge(Sizzleberry) and Forbidden Fruit leaf from Hector. Now, I would like to add that I have never received a receipt from them for past purchases and assumed this had to do with being a member and today, it was confirmed to me that that was the case. For about 3 days the cartridge worked great and I had no issues, just like all the other cartridges I was sold there. After that the cartridge started clogging a lot and concentrate was spilling from the top and from the seals. I've gotten maybe a 20% yield from the cartridge so far and it's almost gone so I've lost a lot of it. I went in today and spoke to Dillion and he said as long as I was a member I could exchange it. I said great! He asked for a receipt and I told him I didnt get one and that I was a member. I told him the time and date I had come in 6 days earlier, but he said he couldn't find my purchase in the computer and the return was declined. Dillion spoke with someone at the front and upon returning he told that people not being clicked as a member has been a problem for many customers recently and that they were going in and updating everyone's profiles so they would register as members. I was given a 2 dollar token and told if I purchase another one now I would be given a receipt in case this happens again. I then asked about my cartridge saying "so this cartridge is a loss for me?" and I was told yes. I left at that point dissatisfied. Let me restate that I hold no animosity towards the establishment and the staff at Tamerans. They have always been respectful and kind (even in this case), but I am upset that I've spent so much of my money there over the year, been told I was a member upon checking in in the past, and now I'm out 26 bucks from what I was told was a mistake on their part.
