I have spent thousands in this store. Tonight some guy named Dayton came and said I couldnt have the edible discount on tincture because its not edible. Even though the cashier had #1 already rang it up with the discount, and I came on edible discount day because Tuesday I was told by a different person they werent on discount that day. Because the tinctures ARE edibles. The cashier had even shown me in the computer that its listed as an edible. But this new Dayton guy who Ive never even seen before said no not happening, period. This made me put apl my $400 worth of items and strongly consider not going there again. Theres other disp’s w much better prices and where they dont switch the prices on you at the register by someone who is clearly going against the policy I was informed of just 48hrs earlier. Ive been a loyal huge paying customer but Dayton really turned me off tonight. And I left empty because of it. So did my daughter who was next in line to spend hundreds. And he literally made the staff miss out on tips too. This is not food business management which is why I hope Dayton isnt a permanent fixture there.
