I shop here frequently and for the most part it’s excellent service. The new people though for security are no where close to being as good as Kevin was. Not sure where Kevin has been but he always kept an eye on both the inside and outside people waiting in line so that there was always a continuous flow of service. I was in the outside “express line” ( not very express either) , and waited 25 minutes. In that time people were going into the main store and getting done before me and the other people who had been there a while. This would not have happened if Kevin would have been working security that day. Also when I finally did get my order and was walking back to my car security was inside BSing with the receptionist and just concentrating on only the lobby patrons. Please bring Kevin back or at the very least have him shadow the new security people to show them how to multitask the lobby and express lane.
