I felt incredibly welcome, like I was just another member of the community coming in to say hello. The customer service was beyond excellent. I was able to list off a few things I was looking for and they easily found exactly what I needed. They have a huge selection of bud, oils, and glassware. This place is rad and anyone in the area should definitely check it out!
