Fantastic experience. I had a small issue on the receipt where a discount wasn't applied. I went back inside and in under 5 mins, the manager Joel had me squared away. Round trip was still quicker than other dispensaries near me. I will return to Reef.
I love this place. Staff greets me by my first name upon entry, every time. Makes me feel like I'm on an episode of "Cheers." Staff is knowledgeable and the prices are the lowest I've seen for what I'm shopping for (flower, shatter, carts). Sonia and Tim at the front counter are fantastic! They're definitely good for a laugh, as well 5-star customer service!
