I placed an order for pick up and was cancelled with not even a text message or a call. Ive had issues twice with both pick up orders. Way to keep people safe by offering pick up. I show up to see a line out the door and no answer from the pick up door. Worst customer service which shouldnt make up for the low prices.

The staff is always on point and friendly while keeping their focus on customer service of everyone in the shop instead of whos in front of them.
