Has anyone else had issues with them selling you items not even on their website and not telling you? They don't care as long as they get your money. Seems like bait and switch. Plus, they have employees that make managerial decisions. I'm done.

My wife and I love this place. I love the fact that you can actually see and smell the flower. Yummy. My wife is a newbie to this whereas I've been indulging for 40 years. She very rarely went to the other dispensaries because of feeling rushed and not really being educated on the variations. Not at High Profile. She's the first one out the door. The staff is always courteous and friendly which means I/we have never felt rushed. They are always open and candid about the product and will gladly share their knowledge with anyone who asks. My wife says you need to do a better job managing the suckers which are her favorite. You had some 45 mg suckers in and didn't even know it. lol She had to tell the budtender where to look. She also says to buy more sugar free if possible. Wd don't go anywhere else now.
