Being an older woman and a new patient, I had so many questions. I wanted to really understand the products and medication choices. I was fortunate to be introduced to the Lot Manager, A-Rod (Andrew, but there are 3 of them), and was beyond pleased. Not only was his "car-side manner" friendly, patient and educational, but A-Rod was forthcoming with additional knowledge of medications available that I had no idea about. He was so well versed on the latest developments and even had a video to show me how one actually worked. He never made me feel foolish or uncomfortable and thanks to him I was able to make such well informed choices that I feel like I am now on the proper course of care. While my experience with the rest of the Remedy staff has been nothing short of completely outstanding! Please don't miss the chance to meet A-Rod and ask him anything you may be wondering about! If there is a scale of 1-5 Stars, Remedy would get a 6 from me!
