I have been going to Paradise Found in Milwaukie, OR. for over a year. Though they are not my preferred dispensary, they were local and I was okay with supporting them as a local business even if it meant a few more dollars out of my pocket. However, recency I purchased a cartridge from them that ended up being faulty; meaning during use, it seeped out of the cartridge into my battery and all over my lips and hands. While in the shop a few weeks ago, I informed them of the problem and they informed me that they would stand behind their product and offer me a refund if I brought the receipt in. Today I brought the faulty cartridge and receipt in and they did not stand by their word and would not back their product. The reason being is that their purchase was made on 6/11, and the current date is 7/14, or more than 30 days after the fact. As indicated above, I only go to the shop every so often, so for me, this is pretty standard, to go a few weeks or more between visits. Not to mention, this policy is not on the receipt, nor was it part of the discussion when I discussed this with them. I'm not taking special trips during a pandemic to fret over $40. So, long story short, my money is good, but Paradise Found word is not, and therefore I will not support their store any longer. I advise you to do the same. There are plenty of dispensaries that offer the same products, at a better price point to chose from. There is no honesty or integrity to be found at Paradise Found.
