Showed up at my schedule time… Not informed that my product wasn’t there but you gave me a reservation to pick it up… Given wrong product...offered a $10 credit on a $55 purchase that I did not want…other places besides WINDY....DUMP THEM!!!!... BACK TO BASICS!!!!
