As a first time medical patient I walk in thinking I'm gonna get greeted but I walk into a room of staff watching a movie the service was un helpful at all as I said being a first time customer I didn't know if they show me the flower or what but I was just looking at them all dumb when I could of been smelling the jars but the guy was just standing around seem like he didn't even wanna be there. After telling them what I want the quality of the flower is not bad at all its the service that made me upset like be a little more ethical in your business. Also my BIGGEST BIGGEST PROBLEM IS PRE PACKAGED HERB YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOUR GONNA GET THE SAME AS YOU ASK FOR TBH THE SMELL OF THE FLOWER I REALLY WANTED DOESN'T EVEN SMELL THE SAME AS FROM THE JAR I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PACE DUE TO THESE PROBLEMS.

I understand there barley starting up but Dang charging quite a bit even for medical patient and for the quality not the right price what there asking for.

being a fist time patient I received two free grams of there non private reserved to be honest there non private reserved was better than there private reserved. Customer service was great just not the best selection for great HIGH QUALITY herb I was hoping for I guess they go by there sign "STONE AGE"
