like many, I had to try this because I love doctor who (David Tennant, looking at you). that is some of the best sleep I've gotten in awhile. didn't wake up once overnight, which is a huge issue for me. definitely recommend it.
If your anxiety tends to make you scatterbrained, or feel like your thoughts are completely cluttered, this is a good strain. You feel slower, like you have an extra moment to think, to choose your reaction, the world itself feels less noisy.
