This store would be better if they had more educated budtenders. No one knows anything about concentrates. They start getting upset if you ask to smell the flower so you can decide on a strain. If I want to smell every jar on that wall I should be able to without attitude. I spend a good amount everytime and I drive all the way from tri cities. Cool store. Nice professional layout just not down with the customer service. If you work at a WEED shop you need to leave the drama at home and show a smile and positive vibe

This place has bad vibes. Bud tenders don’t know what they are talking about. The point system sucks. It should be based on how much you spend not points every visit.

Went in to grab a joint. Dude with the long hair asked what I wanted then bent down under the counter and started making a phone call completely ignoring me. Last time in here. Rude. Poor service. They need to play some better music besides all of the disrespectful music. I would have spent more time and money if the music wasn’t so offensive.
