Please, shop owner, put up some information about what types of products you carry. This would be a convenient stop on our way to PDX, but we don't have time to stop in to every shop that "might be good."
This shop has decent quality and definitely the best prices in the area, and the older staff has been extremely friendly and helpful.
The service used to be 5-stars, but recently (since legalized recreation) the flood of customers has required a flood of newer staff, and some of the newer employees are not very educated on the products. Still, they are friendly, they give priority to patients, and if you already know what you want this is going to be your best bet to find it.
The selection for patients is average, but the prices are the highest I've seen in the area.
Of the three people we dealt with one was very friendly and welcoming, one was indifferent, and one bordered on rude.
The waiting room was playing fast techno music, an extremely poor choice for a place where half the clientele may be dealing with anxiety.
We are not likely to return.
This is the only shop we've found that is professional and current with the times, but with the experience and attitude of previous generations. Maritime Cafe sets a good example for "modern" shops to follow.
A good balance of friendly, knowledgeable and professional, Hannah has been tremendously helpful every time we've come in.
I'd recommend this place over any I've been to.
My only suggestion is to list the concentrates on the menu so we don't have to call in to see what's in stock.
All the people here have been really friendly and helpful, and their prices compare well with anywhere else we've been. Plus it feels clean and respectable, much moreso than some places we've seen. A good choice for first-time shoppers.
