FALSE ADVERTISING AND DECEPTIVE SELLING TECHNIQUES USED ONLINE***BUYER BEWARE***They advertise half ounce special and then change it, after I ordered. They had $50 ones available and could've swapped one out for leaving it on the menu but they did nothing to resolve the problem. ONLINE ORDERING IS A JOKE AND IS USELESS.

Tonight's experience was 💩. They ran out of $59 ounces that they advertise. They should at least have the courtesy to send out a text blast or update their Leafly. You don't even know until you get there and who knows how you had to drive there just to turn around and leave. I think this should be considered BAIT AND SWITCH SO BUYER BEWARE. They should at least put out a disclaimer WSL or call ahead to confirm because their Leafly seems to hardly ever be updated. 😩 to say they lost a long time Customer for this and I won't be referring anyone else.

My first time was not as smooth as I had planned and I ended up having to turn around and go right back. First I pre-ordered online so that I could be in and out. The check in was super smooth and I only had to wait a minute or 2. However, the bud tender I got was new and she took a long time just applying my FTP, free pre-roll from a previous referral and the free battery since I was getting carts. The price seemed high at check out and I already did the math ahead of time so idk why I didn't say something then but good thing I went back. Turns out that the new girl charged me for the pre-roll, gave me the wrong battery(instead of the KIND live resin battery she gave me a discontinued KIND battery) and the woman who filled the pre-order also gave me some iffy looking carts because they were exchanged also upon my return. Ultimately and even after all that I'm still going to give them the full stars because they made everything right, were very apologetic and much faster on the exchange. I would still go back. But I gave the quality only 3 stars for them giving me a discountinued battery and for giving me the bad looking carts the first time. ALWAYS ASK TO LOOK AT THE CART BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. BUYER BEWARE!

Amazing deals on the flower and Bud Tender Kevin was super helpful. I didn't even wait in the lobby for more than 2 min before I was called to the back. The Lemon Meringue on the Silver Tier was definitely on point and the $40 price tag can't be beat. It has a very strong citrus smell and you can taste it in every hit. I'm now a believer in Metro Meds and I will be a permanent customer at my new favorite spot👍💪💯 Plus they have 20% off ALL cartridges every day from Timeless, Drip, K.I.N.D., too many to name and it applies to both the 500mg and 1000mg carts. There is no other dispensary like it in the valley or the state 💪I bull$h!t you not💯💯💯💯💯

This place has some of the Pineapple Express I have ever had🔥🔥💖❗ They have a great selection of shatter and the guy with the Venom Extracts hat seemed to be very knowledgeable on the Venom products which is excellent. The only issue is the prices on their shatter is high at $22 a half gram for Venom is crazy when you can get it for under $20 almost anywhere in central Phoenix. The staff is friendly and almost no wait even for a FTP which is nice. The price for an 1/8 is less than $50 out the door but worth every penny for the PEX. I will repeat just for the PEX alone!💪👌👍🔥💀

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER purchase their house brand BHO Cartridge because they are $35 for a reason...💩...Just garbage, they taste terrible and don't try to use them on your own battery because it will just randomly stop working half way thru. The ONLY good thing that came out of my FTP was the measly free gram of flower, I chose GSC and it was 🔥. I specifically called the dispensary and asked if it was a flower cartridge or hash oil and he said flower...lol...the name starts with BHO and he still said that...ROFL...obviously their own employees don't even know their own product. Run far away from this place👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩🔥

Best Bud Tender hands down is Heidi. She gave 2 excellent suggestions with the 2nd being better than the first. This girl knows her shit!
