Beyond Hello - Goose Lake (MED)

I have attempted to contact them many many times. I’ve given them 2 weeks to reach out to me and I have not heard ANYTHING.
Long story but here are the key points about my visit:
1. Their online discounts didn't match up with in store discounts. I left the house thinking I'd get $144 off, when I only got $75
2. I ordered Pink Kush by Aeriz, super excited to try it. Bud Tender talked it up and then an error in the system wouldn't allow them to sell it to me (AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT)
3. They then tried to refund me $37 for a $60 item, I told them no, refund the whole order and start over.
4. At this point there were 5 other med patients waiting still after about 20 min or so of this and he was the ONLY bud tender on a friday night where they were doing $75 off $250+. The other patients were getting very pissed.
5. It took 56 minutes to get this all settled and the manager didn't even offer any type of discount for any of the issues.
I left feeling screwed over and I’ve opened multiple cases all stating that you will hear from them within 24 hours but you will hear nothing and their live chat won’t help you.
