Thank you CADEN, You are greatly appreciated! I really enjoyed our conversation and I believe that you are going to make a great manager in the near future ( if that’s what you want) You have restored my faith in this dispensary! You’re were gracious when I was criticizing your call center and the procedures they must read from a Script. It would do the corporate offices some good if they would rework the call center call back, that was what made me the most annoyed!
I became very upset after my last two calls which I thought was going to the actual location but I was actually going to a call center
Which treated me like I was nobody nobody at all. It was very very frustrated. I think corporate needs to rethink this call-center and the way they do their callbacks
