I had placed an order online for an item they had on special, when I got there to pick up my order I was told that specific item was not supposed to be the price they had it for online Anna was told I had to pick another item. They should have honored my order and corrected the web site. It’s been a couple of weeks and I don’t think they have. Then another time I came to pick up my order I had a crazy amount of timber in my order, was really disappointed then also. But every other time I’ve gone there it hasn’t been too bad, it’s close & convenient.
