Perhaps I should be calling ADHS, I have not yet, hopefully Sheraz or Sarah W will handle this appropriately.
My husband ordered his $800 edible and bud after discount $560 order yesterday. His entire order was sativa and hybrid but the bud tender who packed his delivery order decided to give him 4 indica pre-rolls which were NOT on his order. instead of sativa pre-rolls that were on his order. Now, my husband's a medical patient, ADHS would NOT aporove of dispensing incorrect medication for a patient? Would they? The proper customer service would have been "we're sorry we don't have it, we could deliver you the 4 sativa prerolls right out to you or credit it you for you next delivery." DONE.
My order was correct, Jake said they filled what I ordered. I showed him my pic of my order clearly says Sativa on the case in Red. Not purple Indica case not a green hybrid case, a red Sativa Donny Burger Roll.

In closing, what's happening to the customer service here? It's really gone down in the past month or so.

I had an unfavorable customer service experience with 2 of the younger bud tenders taking phone orders, however, Sarah A the Store manager called my husband and I, she corrected the situation and went above and beyond her scope of duties.
