The couple times I called in for legitimate questions, The guy who answered the phone was quick to reply with snide comments. This is the worst dispensary I have been to mainly because of their lack of being able to process people efficiently. There is almost always a line out the door and super long wait times. You'd think that they could have it figured out by now but they haven't and that just makes me think they don't care like the DMV. Other dispensaries don't have a line out front the entire day. It's not because of volume, but because of inefficient process.
