The staff is always so kind and helpful! Today I bought and orchid cartridge and I thought that it was broken or if my pen didn’t have enough power to heat it up. Tony informed me that the pen did not have enough power! And as I was about to ask to purchase the pen needed for the cartridge, he gave me one for free!
