Ive been going here for several years and I've never been disappointed. The customer service inside the store plus on the phone are helpful, nice and professional. recently I stopped by another dispensary because it was more convenient on my way home from work. first visit was great! After that, no inventory and rude customer service on the phone

I will never call or go to this location again. The first time I went I had a pleasant experience. I shop at dispensaries weekly and I was thrilled to find a place that was convenient and on my way home from work. However, after my first visit they have been out of stock for three weeks on the cartridges I prefer. Calling is frustrating because they often hang up, by accident on first ring and there's a guy that has answered who has been rude, short and condescending. The inventory is lacking. My first complaint ever for a dispensary.

I've worked with the public all of my life and belive in great customer service. Herbal Nation not only has the best customer service, their products are top notch. The employee's are knowledgeable and very helpful. Even when its super busy, you never feel rushed. The owner is a class act and a super nice guy. He cares and wants his customers to be happy and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are.
