I have used delivery since I moved to Detroit. I decided to come since I had a nice amount of points, since I been purchasing since I moved here in August. I was unaware that I had to pay twenty dollars for my order at least. The lady with the long two long braids that resembles "Pippy" pulled my order. I saw the price, I said the points are applied.. she said," You have to tell me that when you walk up here". Well when I did it online when they asked to redeem points I never knew it wasn't applied, or needed. She went on to explain, and telling me about what I should know. I wasn't mad about the money, I was mad at her tone.. I get delivery often your drivers come there and are Tipped Everytime for such a great job and being courteous. Had I knew the actual store would be such a bad experience, I would have not come. I will not give my money to anyone im not treated with respect by
