I've been here many times & have never had an issue until tonight. I ordered for pickup & paid for a $10 pre-rolled (Trophy Wife Blackberry 1g Infused) but I actually received the one for $6 (Trophy Wife 1g Premium pre-rolled). I was over-charged $4. I have the receipt and the unopened preroll tube & really hope they make it right when I talk to them tomorrow. On another note: I am Veteran. I am rewarded with a 20% discount. I believe that should be taken off at the end or "stacked" as they say, even if some items are already discounted. This is a perk I earned by serving my country so it should be available, no matter what is already marked down. I shouldn't have to choose to use or lose it. I should also be able to use it even if I have to send my caregiver or boyfriend to buy it for me if I am unable to get there myself. I recently broke my arm & had to send my boyfriend to pick up my order I placed online. They wouldn't give him the discount cuz he isn't a veteran, not me & I have to be present to verify my status. Even though we are REGULARS they know & see at least 3-4 times a month. Despite tonight's mishap & my view on their discount policies, this is one of my top 3 dispensaries in Yakima!
