This location may want to consider finding a larger facility with which to operate. I ordered my flower online to try and avoid any wait when at the dispensary. When I arrived, the fairly small front waiting area/lobby was nearly full, with a security person checking you in at the door after checking your ID. I think there were two chairs there for about 15 people waiting to be served, and that was before the crowd increased to the point where the line was out the door. The online order line was initially being worked by only one associate and was moving pretty slowly. I checked in at the walk-in line counter to see if that would get me to the back section of the dispensary and out with my order sooner. It still took awhile to be called back to get my order. When I did get to the back, there were like four or five bud tenders working the counter that was about 15 feet or so long. The bud tender that assisted me couldn’t find my online order, which I had received notification was ready, so he had to track down my flower from stock to complete my order and get me on my way. I did, however, receive a first time visitor discount of Buy One Get One free, which was cool. I will go back again to see if this instance of not getting the online order ready was a one-off issue. A few more chairs in the lobby in the meantime would be nice.
